Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from gentrystein.com. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Yo-yos must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 7 business days if the return meets our criteria.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
