1. What is your return policy?
    -All yoyos are tested for top quality before they are shipped out. If you order a yoyo and would like to return it, send a request through the contact page here: In the case of a return, you will be provided a shipping address to send the products back to. Once the items are received back to my warehouse and checked, you will receive a refund for the price of the yoyos. *Please note, returns will only be accepted for unopened unused yoyos. Any sign of a used or damaged product will disqualify that product for a refund.

    -All personal information entered during your order is secure, and none of your information will be shared with anyone.

  3. Where do the yoyos ship from?
    -All yoyos from ship from my warehouse in Phoenix Arizona.

  4. How long does it take to receive my order?
    -Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping option. I offer both USPS first class and Fedex shipping. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives to you.
