1. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from gentrystein.com. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Yoyos must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 7 business days if the return meets our criteria.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Where do the yoyos ship from?
-All yoyos from gentrystein.com ship from my warehouse in Phoenix Arizona.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
-Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping option. I offer both USPS first class and Fedex shipping. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives to you.
